This family favorite is made in the fall when the weather is cooler, and everyone craves a nice warm bowl of stew.

- Brown stew meat along with onions and celery in a frying pan (remember to do so on low heat as goat has a minimum amount of fat and can dry out easily).
- Place in a crock pot on high and cover meat with water to cook for 1 to 2 hours.
- Now add your choice of vegetables and apple.
- Cook in the crockpot until the meat is tender and the vegetables are cooked. Typically this takes another 1 - 2 hours depending on the temperature of the crock pot.
- Serve in a bowl or cup and top with your choice of LaClare Farms Goat Mozzarella or LaClare Farms goat jack cheese.
