These Goat Burgers with Feta and Raita Sauce are a fun and easy recipe from our friends at Slo Food Market.
I N G R E D I E N T S
2 pounds ground goat
8 Oz plain Greek yogurt
1 cucumber diced
1 bunch cilantro chopped
1 lime
8 Oz feta cheese
6 hamburger buns or small Naan breads
Salt and pepper
D I R E C T I O N S

Split the goat into six 1/3 pound patties and grill to your preferred doneness.

Top with feta 2 minutes before they are finished grilling.

Serve on warm buns topped with raita, or with raita on the side for dipping

For the raita: in a medium bowl mix together yogurt, diced cucumber, chopped cilantro, the juice of the lime, and a pinch or salt and pepper.
