1lb ground goat meat
1 medium onion
3 stalks celery
1/2 8oz. package of whole mushrooms
1 can of spaghetti sauce
1/2 box of spaghetti
Shredded raw cheddar or Evalon goat cheese
D I R E C T I O N S
- In a frying pan place diced onion and ground goat meat, brown the meat, add the celery.
- When the meat is brown drain the fat.
- Slice the mushrooms and add them to your ground meat mixture.
- Add the can of spaghetti sauce. Let this simmer while you cook your spaghetti. Follow the directions on the package for preparing the spaghetti.
- Plate the spaghetti and meat sauce.
- Top with your favorite goat cheese.
