Spaghetti

This classic meal has a twist when made with our goat meat!

I N G R E D I E N T S

1lb ground goat meat
1 medium onion
3 stalks celery
1/2 8oz. package of whole mushrooms
1 can of spaghetti sauce
1/2 box of spaghetti
Shredded raw cheddar or Evalon goat cheese

D I R E C T I O N S

  1. In a frying pan place diced onion and ground goat meat, brown the meat, add the celery.
  2. When the meat is brown drain the fat.
  3. Slice the mushrooms and add them to your ground meat mixture.
  4. Add the can of spaghetti sauce. Let this simmer while you cook your spaghetti. Follow the directions on the package for preparing the spaghetti.
  5. Plate the spaghetti and meat sauce. 
  6. Top with your favorite goat cheese.
