1 lb ground goat meat
1 medium onion
1 package taco seasoning
3/4 cup water
D I R E C T I O N S
- Place goat meat and onion in frying pan. Brown the meat and drain off any excess fat,
- Add 3/4 cup of water and the taco seasoning package.
- Stir until the seasoning is mixed in completely. Cook until the excess liquid is gone.
- Use hard or soft shells for taco
- Scoop the meat into the shells then top with your favorite taco toppings as: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, black olives, shredded cheddar goat milk cheese
